Welcome
Our guesthouse is located at the entrance of Sulden, on the opposite side of the church, in the immediate vicinity of the village centre. It lies near the forest, sunny and quiet.
In summer our house offers an ideal starting point for numerous mountain and hiking tours due to its location at the foot of mountain Ortler. Yet many more holiday activities are expecting you in Sulden within the Stelvio National Parc.
During winter you will find numerous well-groomed ski slopes as well as a cross-country ski trail. In addition, there are many different possibilities to enjoy your winter holiday stay. The ski bus (free of charge) takes you in almost notime to the desired lifts.
Directly next door in the 'House of the Mountains' of the Alpine School Sulden, an extensive range of tours and courses are offered in summer and in winter. Further information and tips you can get from the mountain and ski guide directly at Haus Zirm.
The entrance to the 'Langenstein' chair ski lift is only a few footsteps away.
